Maryland Psychiatric Care is seeking a compassionate, licensed LCSW-C to join our growing behavioral health team serving clients across Maryland. Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and care team
  • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Qualifications
  • Active Maryland LCSW-C license (required)
  • Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
