Do you offer teleheath services?
Yes, we offer telehealth services for many of our appointments. This allows you to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Ask our staff about telehealth availability when scheduling your appointment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. You should also complete our new patient forms before your appointment, which can be found on our website.
What is CARF accreditation?
CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation demonstrates our commitment to quality care and continuous improvement. It means we meet internationally recognized standards for service delivery and maintain rigorous business practices. Maryland Psychiatric Care is CARF accredited through September 30, 2027.
Do you provide services to children and adolescents?
Yes, we provide comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our providers are experienced in treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions across all age groups.
What are your office hours?
Our Maryland office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment as we operate by appointment only.
Do you offer medication management?
Yes, our psychiatric providers offer comprehensive medication management services. This includes initial psychiatric evaluations, medication prescribing, monitoring, and adjustments as needed to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
