Bio:

Alena Broughton, LCSW-C, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience providing psychotherapy and mental health support to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has worked across outpatient, school-based, and community mental health settings, supporting clients through challenges related to emotional regulation, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her work includes crisis response, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Her clinical approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based, trauma-informed care. Alena partners with clients to build insight, develop coping strategies, and strengthen resilience, while maintaining a warm, direct, and supportive therapeutic environment. She strives to ensure that every client feels seen, respected, and empowered in their healing process.

Alena is especially passionate about supporting youth and families, creating spaces where clients can safely explore their emotions, experiences, and identities while working toward meaningful personal growth and improved quality of life.
